As usual this is a beautiful hotel and a very well-oiled machine in terms of staff kindness, responsiveness and all things working as they should. The checkin was easy and we got a room higher up, for a truly stunning view over Iasi and the environs. "My daughter's birthday trip was ruined. We booked this hotel based on it's declared facilities- the pool and the gym. The hotel didn't let the teenagers , who were traveling with their grandmother, use the facilities, claiming that "the parents are mandatory". The presence of the grandmother and the elder sister (an adult) did not persuade them. Needless to say- it is not stated anywhere that the pool can be used by adults only. I would not therefore recommend this hotel to anyone traveling...
