"Pros: “breakfast on us” coupons, fun working water slides, enjoyable meals at tavern and aaltos on site. Clean room! Cons: Front desk could use some customer service training. No smiles. No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs.
