"Outstanding, courteous staff. Excellent, hot breakfast with multiple options and real plates & cutlery (not plastic/paper utensils). The underground parking is a huge plus in winter weather, with access directly between the garage and hotel-room levels. Great restaurant options just north of the hotel. "Loved it. Stayed for one night only while I was here attending a volleyball tournament at the Boston Covention. It was only a ten minute drive and the hotel is close to lots of shopping and restaurants/bars. The hotel itself is very cute and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Now my favorite part…..the bed and the shower. I took the best nap ever when we got in and then got up to shower and get ready for the evening. I felt like a new person. "Check in and rooms are too far from reception. Even though it mentions reception open from 9am to 9pm, it was shut at 7pm with no notice. I was without heat and part electrics overnight. Had to manage until next day in the morning to get help. The receptionist was not too concerned about the situation. "
