"Needs to do more renovation "

"My husband and I had a great stay. It was relaxing which was what we wanted. Our room was very clean and the pool area was just as well kept. Check in was simple and I can't say enough about Courtney; she was so very professional and accommodated all of our requests. In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting Liz during our stay who answered some questions we had. And I can't leave out Amanda who was very professional throughout our checkout. This was our second time staying here (1st time in September 2024) and we can't wait to come back."

"I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in OC. I was a beautiful and relaxing stay. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful ocean view every morning. The staff and other guest were very nice. The only problem I had was having to keep remind the staff we wanted to have our room cleaned since they do it ever other day. But even with that minor issue they got on top of it immediately and made sure it wasn’t problem after. I 10/10 recommend this place."

"Stayed for an event taking place here. 5th time for the event but decided to stay. Room was clean and had great amenities, and my only complaint was that the bed was as hard as a rock. I use the pillows to make myself a nest and that worked out great for me. I just prefer a softer bed. "

"Greta, this was our third return and was happy that Michellle and Emily were able to provide us with our favorite room that we love. Thanks Michelle for being there and taking care of us upon our arrival. Our only issue was that when we decided to cook in the room, the large burner was not connected on the stove, and it looked like it needed to be replaced. Also, when you turn on the heat the furnace made a loud knocking sound. And finally, as I say for all the older hotels, it's time to update and get a hi-rise toilet, seniors need it. Other than that, it was wonderful, and we will return again."
