Smoking Hotels in Eastern Iowa

"When we arrived the building was not secured. We arrived approx 11:30 door unlocked. Breakfast was very unappetizing. The highlight was instead of normal donuts they had little Debbie's out of the bad. There was no fruit and the highlight was the waffles and they were only good because of the star cooked into it.we were given the wrong key at first Then we couldn't even watch TV because even tho we had 2 remotes and they both worked to turn it on, neither would access any channels. "I wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful facility! Clean, great lobby, nice food/bar area, nice continental breakfast with 4 hot options (more fresh fruit, please), FRIENDLY staff. Didnt use pool or hot tub but it looked nice!!"

Swimming pool closed, card enty didn't work, no refrigerator and microwave, calking looked like a two-year-old did it, tub leaked into lower floor as reported by the person staying in lower room, no phone to call to desk, no elevator, and requested adjoining rooms and did not receive. Went down to desk and rang the bell for ten to fifteen minutes before anyone came and then they didn't seem to care. Desk attendent says they will be remodeling in a month but if they're going...
