"We had a nice time, for the budget price the apartments were adequate. The late check in was a bit of a pain for a short stay. Its nothing special but at the same time everything went as well as you would hope. Just no wow factor. There are things that could be improved but nothing so drastically wrong that would put us off returning. Vera beach is pleasant but there is little infrastructure, dont expect shops and cafes! But its a very sandy beach which is pretty rare in the area."

El Flamenco seems to attract young, loud, party oriented travelers. This is a family owned group of properties including a restaurant. They seem to save Hotel Playa rooms (about7-8 rooms) for guests’ overflow This review is for Hotel Playa.Both properties are old and very run down. "Very easy check in / out. Kitchen is Well appointed for light meals. The street is full of middle eastern restaurants and stores. One block from the main street and everything you want."
