"But when buying stuffs at the Cafe shop, we ordered 6 items but only 4 items were in the bag. We left already the LV so cannot come back complain. And the cakes we ordered were as 17$/each so not nice to do mistaked like this!"

"Everything was spectacular. It was only one night but i will definitely return to the property. I got a complimentary upgrade which was excellent. The room was fantastic, bed was very comfy, room was spotless. Amazing views from the Tower suite. Thank you "

"Most of it was good however the bathroom did not have hand towel or napkin holders. Also the mini fridge was way too small and there was no microwave or air fryer in the room.. The rates could have been a bit reasonable, there was nothing exceptional about the property to warrant a $200 per night.. "

"Its a Hilton! The rooms are exceptional, the staff obviously hand picked to exceed customer satisfaction-the valet team and front desk team truly outstanding! The ladies whom cleaned my room did so with such care it was remarkable! Nice to have a hotel on the strip without having to walk through the chaos of a casino to get to get to my room. Love it!"

"The reason we booked it was they have free transportation to and from the airport and we were only staying one night enroute to another destination. It was clean and staff very friendly. It’s an older Hotel that needs updating Front desk is in the casino which is smoked filled. "

"It was spacious, organized, and walkable to get to other places. "

"Well, the price is compelling - regular for the rest of the city away from the strip. The facility is long past needing updating. The elevator creaks, the room doors whistle in the wind, and the first thought I had in the room was, "Should I sit there?" However, the comfort of the restaurant grows on you, and the staff are friendly and competent. Oh, best part? Walking distance from South Hall of the LVCC. I'll stay here again."

"The young man working the front desk was amazing! This property is old BUT the bed is clean, and the property was being kept clean outside as well despite being in a less desirable area of Las Vegas. If you’re looking for someone to stay that’s cheap and close to the airport, I recommend it."
