"Comfortable and well-appointed. A good location for our trip. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed room-service snacks which arrived piping hot. No hairdryer in the room; we didn’t check to see if there was one available to borrow. Hermanos coffee shop on the ground floor served great drinks, but limited food options and when we visited there were quite a few used cups and plates lying around. Otherwise the hotel and restaurant service were excellent. Overall it was a great place to stay...

Not particularly impressed with the spa. I arrived at the spa reception and the staff barely looked up from their computers. When I asked for slippers I was told I had to go back to my room and get them and they would be in the safe. "We liked that the suite room has lots of space, and it's as if it has two rooms and it has 2 bathrooms. The extra space and available storage closets was great too. Loved that the shower was walk in, every other hotel we stayed at had a high tub to get in. Only thing to keep in mind is the hotel is far from everything, but the train station is like a 3 minute walk. "
