"We had to line up and wait for a table for 20 minutes to have breakfast that we already prepaid when we booked the accommodation and we were told when we checked in to avoid the crowds we should have breakfast before 8 o’clock or after 9:30 despite showing up at 9:30 didn’t make any difference . travelled the world and never experienced anything like it. It’s a 5 star hotel and that is unacceptable , lift your game up and employ the right people to do delivery results "
