I would agree with other reviewers that the food at the buffet was not great but we did find some tasty options. "What an amazing property! Immaculate resort with great service, drinks, and food. We had such a wonderful time and did not want to leave. We never had to wait for dinner. The food was better than any all inclusive resort we have ever been to. We will definitely be returning hopefully next year! "

"Beautiful property that needs some attention. The air conditioning, safe and entry door security lock in our room were broken when we checked in. One elevator in our tower was out of service the entire week and the other broke down twice. Nice gym. Really warm staff. "

"The hotel is in a remote location, but it is a lovely property and we stayed in a beautiful spacious room with an ocean view. The reception personnel was very professional and the check-in was effortless. The star of the hotel was the dinner at the Limon restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere was above and beyond our expectations. "Beautiful grounds, amazing animals, and great service by the pool. The dinner at Acre is amazing. The noise however was really loud under our treehouse, a few men were doing construction, so it was disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request."

It also did not have any info at the place about the area which restaurants were part of the facility, cool things to do etc. things like that really add to a stay and would have been appreciated. "
