"From check in at 0300 because of a flight delay of 6 hours to my check out at 2200 the following Saturday night the effectiveness and efficiency of all the staff was excellent. From Pande to Samie, from the people on reception and the young man who cleaned my room, thankyou. My only disappointment was that in the evening only room service was available. The sister hotel, 2 blocks away, provided the drinks and dining."

The rooms are spacious and generally finished to an acceptable standard, staff are generally friendly. The property has some areas to improve.
