"The five-palm is the epitome of luxury! I enjoyed the quick check-in process and also the attention to detail in the room. My only feedback is the breakfast service. I understand the staff is trying to accommodate a lot of ppl at once but I would prefer my beverage be brought to me vs the self-serve option its a bit much trying to bring both your meal and drink to the table at once. Also, it's a bit frustrating when you've already sat down and asked for water, and instead of being brought a glass, u are directed to where u can find it yourself. Beyond that my stay at the five palm was very pleasurable "

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly - we didn’t get the names of everyone who helped us but thank you to Duncan for helping us with our luggage! The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of both hot and cold options. We really appreciate the upgraded room which was beautiful, bright and spacious. We wish the property was closer to the metro but knew that when we booked it - just one thing to consider if you want to try and avoid always taking a taxi! Other than that highly recommend this property "

"Had a lovely stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and property, very clean, beautiful location. Loved the beach access and the promenade on the other side to walk along the Palm. Really appreciate the upgraded room and kind treatment during my pregnancy. The balcony and view of the palm were stunning. The fruit bowl was so sweet and we really appreciate the staff giving us extra water. The gym was convenient and had a good selection of equipment and was very clean. The restaurant was also delicious for dinner. The Ramadan decorations on the beach were also lovely. Staff also helped us advise and secure a taxi for the return trip on the spot. Thank you for helping us have an amazing trip! Would highly recommend"

"JA Ocean View is a super hotel in a great location on The Walk. The staff are really amiable and are willing to go the extra mile. The traffic around The Walk is really heavy at times so it can be very noisy. Overall though would recommend."
