"Great location to downtown. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The Bistro had okay food and the drinks were excellent including Starbucks in the morning. There's a shuttle that will take you to the Kia Center but we didn't use it. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"First rate hotel with efficient and caring employees. The only totally weird thing is there were no curtains!! There was a thin shade which didn’t even keep the street lights out. Honestly, if we weren’t up at 4am to fly out that would be a game changer as I need it dark to sleep. Why they don’t have a blackout shade is crazy. Love the shampoos etc but if you go to the bathroom at night the lights automatically switch on full tilt in the bathroom!!! Weird…"
