"There was some construction in the cafe/bar and they were dealing with some water damage in my hall but it did not significantly affect me. I wouldn't rate worse for dealing with the problems of an old building in a way that minimizes inconvenience. I love old buildings and the room was spacious with super high ceilings and quite up to date. Staff was standard Colorado friendly. "

"Great location and price. The only that I did not like was the front desk did not explain the incidental fees (how much it was each night and the parking fees) she just put it on my account. That was rude and taken for granted. There were no signs posted in the lobby area or checkin counter."
