However we were disappointed with the lack of pressure from the shower, air conditioning worked on winter mode I.e. came on twice a day. The outside pool was under repair, and we found the service to be rather slow."

They certainly live up to that statement, specifically, Claudia, Barbara, and Patricia. The breakfast ingredients were fresh every day. They went out of their way to accommodate my lactose free needs."

"You don’t have sufficient personnel in key positions that speak English. Not enough personnel in housekeeping waited to get pillows and towels for two hours, again the front desk does not answer the phone because they are too busy, not enough personnel. The phone in the room did not work, the security box needed the battery replaced. Coffee the room only for one. "
