"I stayed here in 2019 and loved it. Now back in 2024 and I still love it. Only problem if the horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. Jerry at front desk tried helping me solve the issue but hotel was solid booked. Buffet is good. Many food selections. Lucy the concierge was amazing trying to help me navigate the city. She showed me how to hail cabs thru wechat. Jerry I can't say enough, he is wonderful, very helpful and caring. I would stay here again if they resolve the smell in the rooms. I don't think they will but one can hope."

Fantastic Hotel - not close to expo centre

"I stayed here as it was close to the trade centre, turns out it isn't and its a 20/30min walk and the hotel doesn't have a bus service so I had to get a taxi or walk to get to the expo centre. On the positive side the hotel and hotel staff were amazing and couldn't do more to help. "
