"The property was satisfactory; however, there were numerous solicitations for additional services, reminiscent of the promotions encountered in Las Vegas concerning strip club visits. With family members present, we found ourselves avoiding eye contact with any individuals holding pamphlets. It became quite bothersome to navigate away from those promoting non-inclusive services or attempting to sell additional offerings at the resort, which was advertised as all-inclusive but did not fully meet...

"Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. All sorts of shaded and sunny beach sites. Finally beach is located in a calm bay so lots of ppl in the water all day long. "

"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables. "Loved that it was adults only- such a bonus we like a quiet evening most nights and days. 1st - the bars close at 1030pm every night - even before the evening show was over. Food at the buffet was pretty decent, mexican restaurant was delicious, sushi restaurant was disappointing: They got our order wrong, forgot one of our sushi rolls and we waited a LONG TIME for our 2 sushi rolls and tataki we were one of 3 couples in the restaurant.
