"I like almost everything about the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana and this is why My wife and I have returned 4 years in a row. Like your Butler service that makes things so easy on just about anything that is needed. A big shout out to or Butler Omar who help us quickly to move to a different room the day after arriving. Due to mobility reasons My wife wanted to be closer to the beach and seaside buffet and Omar arranged to move us from building 7 to building 3. I liked walking around the nature areas around the perimeter of the resort and taking photos of wildlife (birds/Iguana's). We like how clean the resort is including the beach area and how friendly all the staff are all over the resort, Your bar staff is first rate and efficient kudos What is less likable is the food and of course this is a very personal taste. Your food is plentiful and well presented and served but is not as appetizing as we feel it could be. find better suppliers for things like chicken wings, Your sports bar food in general was not good and there would be a lot oif supplier options and menu changes to easily fix this . Lean how to make proper soups, improve the quality of your steak house the cuts of meat are not in line with a 5 star resort. Lastly you your room service is fast but on the two occasions that we used it the order was wrong. Not a deal breaker but our expectations are high based on the rest of your resort. "Fornwhat this resort is ment to be, is doing a great job. Make no mistakes nothing is perfect and this is not a high end resort, but it offer us a great stay. The beach is somewhat of a walk, but the beach is great with plenty of shade. As far as the staff is concerned, great people and mostly accommodating, even though at times English language turned put to be a bit of a barrier. All in all, I would say 8.7 points out 10. Is on the list of - could definitely go back to."
