"Broke my leg during my stay (fell on the ice) and the service before my return flight was fantastic. Needed a bit more assistance due to crutches and was well taken care off by everyone working there. Since I couldn’t walk far I got to eat dinner there often. The menu is small and simple. And would have loved there to be more restaurant around the place. But I choose the hotel because it’s close to the lift. Too bad I couldn’t ski at all. "Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
