"Booked 1 night for a business stop over in the area . Parking is charged by an app and was £15 for 24 hours. The check in was seamless and very efficient .I was given my key to the Goodwood suite . There was a lounge kitchen diner . The kitchen had all the amenities you would need a hob a dual power microwave a fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom also had a TV . And the bathroom was well equipped with a powerful rain shower. The main event was the views . You are only 100 metres from Chester...

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"We had a lovely stay and amazing how the building has been converted. Room and bathroom is huge and tastefully decorated. We found breakfast expensive with it being £18 per person and then a 10% service charge was added. It is a self-service breakfast with only tea and coffee being served. Our stay was booked by our son as was a present and we added a night. The reason we added a night was to try and book in at the thermal spa. The spa is quite small and only offers a certain amount of spaces....
