"The apartment was in a nice setting on the Yarra. It is also in a nice apartment building, conveniently located. The apartment itself is poorly set up and does not deserve the luxury tag. The apartment was dirty and the carpets were stained. Also the amenities were poor. For example there were minimal amounts of crockery and cutlery and they were of extremely poor quality. "We had a fabulous long weekend stay at this property. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful and our unit was spotless with great view over the river. The common areas and pool/spa/gym in the unit block were always clean and even saw the pool area being cleaned on a Sunday morning. Great location to convention centre (5 min walk ) and dining options. Wish we had stayed longer but will definitely be back. "

"Property was as described with great views over the river and marina opposite. The Free City Tram leaves from outside the building, Woolworths is a very short walk and there are a number of restaurants and take aways in walking distance."
