"My fiance and I are moving to Florida and we stayed here for two weeks while looking for a house. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel is much cleaner than others I have stayed in for a similar price. The location couldn’t be more convenient if you’re driving due to having a back entrance you can use to directly access Poinciana Blvd without getting on 192. I highly recommend this location. Shout out to Melissa and Jean Pierre at the front desk for making me feel so welcome!"

"It’s the second time we chose this hotel. Excellent resort. Upon arrival we got our room quite fast, when we found out there were no bathtub the kids want , the staff on the phone switched another room for us right away. The hotel has a water park on site. We don’t need to get out of the report. We also explored the conference area. The facility has 2 pianos , old but still playable. For family with kids, the resort is the go to for our family during weekends. "
