"Staff was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy, and there were free hot and cold drinks and cookies in the lobby. The room was clean and in good condition. The temp was already comfortable (it's winter), it smelled nice, and there was laminate flooring (for me, a lack of carpet is a big plus). Bed and pillows were comfy, shower worked great, breakfast was tasty and check-out was quick and painless."
