"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"

"it was very tranquil area, also quiet room. The bathroom had some dangerous steps around, as well as the access from the corridor to the room itself. And the bathroom door being of glass was making the use of it a bit uncomfortable as for privacy is concern "

"We stayed at the property based on the reviews which did not live up to the rating. The walls and the pillows were both paper thin and when the cleaner started vacuuming in the halls at 8am that ended our sleep. The area did not seem overly safe and we were glad the parking was secure."
