"Personally I think Tmark is the best hotel in Vang Vieng. Lovely views of the river and mountains, clean pool, and immaculate landscaping. The staff also are friendly and helpful. Our room was plenty big for the two of us. There is a bridge being built right next to it, and I think once that project is complete, then it will really place Tmark at the top of the hotels in VV. It’s about a 3 minute drive or a 15 min walk from the hotel to the city center. "

But we did get resolution with the manager who was accommodating. Our room was missing the AC controller so we had to tolerate a warm room for the first night.
