"The Langham is a magnificent hotel and the staff are brilliant . Unfortunately a building next door is being demolished and the resulting noise is very annoying ( started drilling at 7.25am finished at 5.25pm. The hotel staff tried their best but the noise is a big problem . However it won’t stop us staying there in future "

"Wow! Beautiful hotel and beautiful area. By far and away the best place we have stayed in on our Great Ocean Road Trip and we have stayed in some excellent places. The 2 hour Spa session was fabulous and fantastic value at $46. Restaurant clean, good food and reasonable prices. We (4 adults) paid extra for a top floor penthouse and we were not disappointed. Two big bedrooms with large en-suites and 2 big seating areas at either end. Improvement? Maybe a chair or 2 on the balcony but that is...
