It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away.
