"Upon arrival at the Front Desk, the person behind the desk was very polite. At one point I thought she might be reading from a card as she spoke of all the amenities of the hotel, the two restaurants and hours serving. She was extremely polite and made it a good start for my stay. "

"Everything was amazing. Right across the road from the Strong Museum. Facility was clean. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. No issues at all. "

"When we asked for clean towels and the housekeeper was rude about giving them to us. We called to have something fixed and no one ever came to fix it. Low pressure in the toilet. Parking was not plowed during a snowstorm making it difficult to get out. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar tenders were very friendly and service was excelled. "

"Had stayed several times at another nearby hotel, was disappointed so tried yours. It was clearly better in many ways. Nicer room, quieter, full breakfast,24 hour desk, etc. Tx"

"Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Our room was not ready at checkin and we waited over an hour, but we were given meal vouchers to compensate. Our room was clean and spacious. The parking was not included. My kids loved the pool, though it was quite cold. I would stay here again."
