"The Clayton Hotel is a lovely hotel right on the river in Glasgow. Everyone I came in contact with was incredibly helpful. We were experiencing a severe windstorm in Glasgow which affected my business there. The staff gave me a space where I could meet with my customer, and all went well due to their help for which I am sincerely grateful. Highly recommend. "

"The stay is always great here, staff are particularly lovely. The fan in the bathroom did make noise all night though. You couldn't hear it through the closed door but it seemed to be running even with the light off. Everything else was perfect. "

Hotel cap park spaces are quite small and was full when we arrived so we parked at Charing cross car park, this has bigger bit still fairly tight spaces, reception validated our ticket to ensure discount rate. Still some localised works in vicinity but less evident than on our pervious stay. Enjoyed delicious shawarma from take away just next to Old Halls art deco building on Sauchiehall street on our way home from Celtic...

"Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Grest price and great location. Check in was easy and quick. Got to the room to find only 1 bed, despite the booking being for 2 adults and 1 child. Back down to reception to ask if a single bed could be set up to be met by quite possibly the most abrupt and rude person this hotel employs. Was met with "we only do double beds, did you not read your booking!" "Well, we might have a single bed but can you not see how busy we are." Now personally, it is...
