"Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful from your security officer to your receptionists and your kitchen and wait staff. Your receptionist, ET, was just the best. She helped me very much. I think you should consider putting her in a more responsible position with higher pay. I could see that she is a dedicated, hard working and responsible employee. If I come back to Singapore I will definitely stay at your hotel. "

"Stayed here way back 2017 and 2018. Comparatively the standard has dropped a lot. Despite its eco-friendliness there's no longer any bottled waters but desalination water from the bathroom into the room machine. I would not touch desalination water at all and even my friend's dog in HK would only drink Watson's bottled water and boiled water for humans. My own home water is filtered even in Australia and boiled despite most people drinking from the tap. Ended up going to level 4 to fill bottled...
