"Great service, excellent food and the drinks offering was exceptional. Best I've seen in any hotel. Breakfast was decent too. Spa and gym facilities were excellent, loads of equipment. I had an executive room which was the best on offer. It was tired, not particularly clean either. Loads of dust behind the TV and there were stains on the bed runner. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fittings and decor are a bit dated but the bed was really comfortable and the linen and towels were lovely.
