"Please improve your breakfast offerings. Having breakfast delivered to your room was special. Please provide lights in the parking lot. Even though you posted signs that the hotel bears no responsibility, it was difficult to retrieve items from car when it's pitch black."

"Husband and I stayed here on our road trip back to Seattle from Riverside. Room was clean and well maintained. Property was very well maintained and staff were super friendly and easy to work with, especially with my husband's service dog it's an airstream that they remodeled 4 days"

"Rooms are basic but clean.Hot breakfast is also basic but good enough to start the day and the dining area is clean and spacious. But the one thing that really stood out for us was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. We checked in late around 10pm, we were tired from a very long drive, and there were 2 groups of people also checking in before us, the lady at the front desk was fast & efficient and yet was very welcoming as she chatted a bit with each group while doing the check-ins. I think her name is Sunny and it set the tone for our stay. Area is quiet, there’s not much around within the immediate vicinity, but we stayed in this hotel to explore Redding and Shasta area and I think it’s pretty good location. Check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again."

"Everyone was very nice. The woman at the check in desk was very kind. I was traveling with my granddaughter and felt safe there. Everything was clean no bedbugs or creepy things. Would stay there again."
