"Unusual location, not sure why you would stay here, but plenty of grabs available. Hotel was nice , bed lovely, check in and check out was very slow. Only one person on desk at peak checkout time. so slow i had to leave without checking out or i would have been late to my flight. "

"Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years. The hotel property has shown signs of aging but nevertheless I believe have strived always to keep up with it's service and hospitality every way it can which is achievable only by excellent team of staffs. Well done and keep it up! "
