"Stayed here after a show at the chase center. Wonderful spot. Much better than the last SF hotel we stayed at. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking attendant called the room right away to tell us my friend ledt her phone in the car and if she wanted it. Room was super clean. Great view. There is not a lot of homeless camping neaby. Which was our last experience. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Anytime i come back i will stay here and the price is very good too."

"The hotel is great. The bed is comfortable, it's a good deal. The walls are thin, so there is some hallway noise at odd hours, but that's to be expected in an older building. There's great food options within walking distance. The neighborhood didn't feel super safe, it was very close to parts of the city I wouldn't feel comfortable walking through. Overall still a really great place to stay, just be sure you're aware of your surroundings."

"Phenomenal service ! Exceptional staff plus a beautiful roof top bar with 360 degrees off the city!!! Also as a VIP hotel we had drunk tickets that were used in their historic lovely dining lounge. In addition illy coffee in our rooms complimentary! "
