"great location"

"Overall our stay was pleasant. The front desk staff were very courteous and made us feel a valued customer specially Lia, who checked us in. The lobby is well decorated with Christmas theme. The rooms were clean and spacious with 2 queens on the pool and and lake side. Only problem was there was only 1 chair we could use to sit. We had easy access to the lake front. Bin 189 front staff did not accommodate us because we didn't have a reservation. However, we feel like they did not wanna serve...
