"We loved the property for its cleanliness and the friendly and welcoming staff. The coffee machine in the lounge dispenses any style of coffee you might want. Having a kitchenette is a bonus. The bed was quite comfortable and we slept well. We will definitely stay here again next time we have business in Nanaimo, which is not too far away. "

"Good but lampshades etc needed dusting and carpets should be vacuumed daily.mini bar should also be replenished daily. All amenities close at 10 pm including front desk staff! No ice available after ten. Front desk manned by night accountant. No elevator. Not disabled friendly. Situated in room over noisy garbage canister… delivery and pickup at 7 am! Families with children should not be situated near elderly as they thunder up and down hallways. Supervision over underaged children not enforced...
