"The hotel was very pleasant with very good quality rooms and reasonably priced. There was a bath/shower in the rooms with comfy beds. The food was excellent (especially the evening meals) if you're a meat eater, with limited/moderate option choices if your diet is limited to vegetarian/non-meat eating. The hotel is extremely close to the ski slopes with only a 5 minute walk to/from the hotel ski locker. There are individual lockers allocated to your rooms, however there are no ski boot drying...

"Spent two nights here whilst snowboarding. Great location for slpoes and for hitting the town after. One issue was that it was a bit difficult to park nearby. We managed it in the end and was 6 euro per day. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and rooms were good."

"I was disappointed the property had two bedrooms, kitchen/ lounge it was advertised to sleep 6, but the facilities was very poor, The cooking utilities was very poor as not enough "

"We booked through Expedia with no problem and received the usual confirmation email. When we turned up we found that the hotel was closed for the season. Nothing else was open in the area. We had to drive over 2 hours to Toulouse, arriving minutes before the 6pm curfew. Luckily the first hotel we found was open and accepted pets. I called Expedia and was told that hotels are meant to notify them if they are closed, even for one day."

"Expedia said that check-in ended at 8pm, but in fact it is at 5pm except on Friday. Extremely complicated to receive the key of the room, which happened to be in a safe. The code for the safe was emailed by Expedia just a few hours before our arrival, while we were on the train with no access to our email. And on site we did not have a phone connection because of the proximity of the border with Spain. Luckily the weather was great!"

"The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads. "Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. It was 14 Euros a time per person so we just didn't use it in the end. Had it been really cold outside I know I'd have wanted to use the hot tub every day. They need to make this clear. "
