"The only negative was the bed, as it was very firm and not comfortable. The hotel itself was very cute and a great breakfast option. The bar area was very nice along with the bartenders; so welcoming. Would/will definitely stay again. "

"I love that it was only 20 minutes to the city, for sightseeing but far enough to enjoy the quietness of the country area. The negatives would be the narrow road, the stairs in our apartment. The breakfast box was not breakfast but more like snacks "

"Great value in a wonderful location, especially since we’d just paid double for a similar property in Rome. The apartment we were in was “shabby chic” with IKEA furnishings and mismatched kitchen items but it was still quite charming with lovely high ceilings. The shower fixture rusted off the wall while we were there, the hot water ran out if all four of us wanted to shower straight after each other, and the toilet pipes often clogged, but we still enjoyed our stay! "I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge.
