"I really liked my room however it was in building two which required me to climb 76 steps from the reception area to the pool area. The pool was beautifully but it was too cold to swim in. It should have been heated in December. The pools sit in the shade all day, so I was surprised that they were not heated. Lavern and Rhonda were two of the nicest receptionist I have had in a while. Very helpful. And very kind. You need to rent a car if you stay here or expect to pay for rides to other...
