Port Stephens Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"When we arrived, 7 minutes before checkin, we were told we had to wait until the exact checkin time. When we went back to the desk we were told the systems were down & they could not check us in. I’m not sure why the first young lady felt the need to lie to us. They accompanied us to our room so we could get into it, however no one ever came back to give us our keys or check us in.
