"Ok hotel, havde regnet med at badelandet var på hotellet og inkl i prisen. Det er det då ikke, og det skal betales seperat, lidt i den den dyre ende, men Ok. Kaffen til morgenmaden fuldstændig udrikkelig. Restaurant på hotellet har rigtig god mad."

"Staff at reception were always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and modern. We stayed for a few nights around my partners birthday and on her birthday we came back to the room to find some local vodka and glasses with a lovely message. The hotel is in a perfect location for the old town/main square and also for the pickup point for the excursions. We will be coming again in May! "

"We loved our stay there. The staff was amazing. The receptionist were very helpful in scheduling our tours and transportation. The restaurant and breakfast was great and convenient. It’s the perfect location to walk everywhere. The only thing I would say that for this hotel to be a 5 star would be in the small details like having wash rags available, maybe some robes, something other than a wash cap for free toiletries (although the staff makes up for it with their amazing service specially...

"We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate."

"Très bon séjour. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Buffet petit-déjeuner qualitatif. Point négatif : la propreté et en particulier celle de la salle de bain. Pas horrible mais nettement insuffisant (douche, lavabo, toilettes). Des cheveux et différentes traces présentes dès notre arrivée sont restées jusqu'à ce que nous fassions nous mêmes le nécessaire. A noter qu'une femme de chambre officiant à notre étage passait beaucoup de temps sur son téléphone dans les parties communes."

"Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages...
