"Unfortunately my stay was not a happy one. The breakfast was a complete joke, the service was appalling and I was woken up at 11:30pm by two members of staff demanding I settle my bill the night before I was due to leave. I’ve been staying in the hotel for years as I do a track day at Folembray every July, however I’ll never be staying there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it. "The rooms were clean and spacious; The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. What really makes this hotel stand out however is the extraordinarily kind and professional staff. And their breakfast was one of my two favorite breakfasts during my two week journey in Europe. Generous, with high quality ingredients. Fresh squeezed juices, delicious cheeses etc.etc. I could elaborate more, but the foods were presented and procured with a sense of excellence and care for the guest. Lovely staff. Loved this stay. Thank you. "
