5/5 Excellent
"This hotel was ideal for my 5 day stay in West Plains, MO. I was there on business which required getting up early every day and I had absolutely no problems sleeping! Hotel was very quiet in the evening and beds were very comfortable. The hotel is situated up on a hill by itself, so it feels comfortably secluded, but it is within an easy 5-10 minute drive of WalMart and several eating establishments. All the hotel staff was very kind, helpful and professional. I'd definitely recommend the hotel. The only note of caution is when I went out to my rental car one morning, there was very obvious palm and finger prints where someone had peered into the rear window to see if there was anything worth breaking in over. I empty my vehicles at night, so it wasn't an issue, but just something to be aware of. Don't think it's any fault of the hotel, which is in a good part of town and well lit. Hotel parking lots are just frequent targets for vehicle theft. "
