"Nice hotel but definitely not in the centre of Queenstown. We used the ferry service, $10pp one way, quite fun, but not a very regular service (two hours between services in the afternoon). Much better than trying to find car parking - a nightmare unless you are willing to pay quite a bit. Very confusing layout of the hotel. No availability of free parking. Plenty of undercover parking at $16p/n. One advantage for us was taking the 3 day deal - same price but at least you can come and...

"Excellent comfortable room with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Delicious breakfast everyday. Perfect location for all tourist activities. Staff seems attentive to your needs. There is a very steep hill that takes you down into the area with shops and restaurants. It's unsuitable for those with disabilities or physical issues."
