"There wasn’t any towels for The pool. There wasn’t any extra blankets. The air conditioner malfunctioned and we froze for a couple of days and then we overheated. Called the main lodge to come fix it. It took them forever to bring us blankets and other things we needed. Line was so long in the lodge that we needed up buying our own stuff. "

"We wanted to stay close to Disney Springs and this location is perfect! The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly and the service was excellent. The standard rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, especially for a short stay. "
