"The view from the hotel was awesome, but I don't understand why they are charging parking fees to guests."

"Everything was great, my room, except it was cold, but they sent some up right a way and fixed it, the lobby, the restaurant, staff were top notch. Location was great. So much snow you could barely walk down the sidewalk in Toronto, but I understand that that is not typical."

"Hate giving a solid 5 star review, end of day only thing i can complain about and its hardly a complaint, the pool is a bit shallow and has a rough floor, the water in the shower isnt the best but its in a big hotel your not getting perfect water for your shower. (Shower was great just hard water and im one of the few that notices) i hate going to big areas, this is an expectation hotel staff is wonderful the area around isnt bad the hotel staff will tell you whats up with the area. 10/10 recommend staying here. Vs the other hotels even if your going for the casino. The casino hotel tried to take our business but its not worth the swap. Just stick with the better stay, clean room fair sized it fit 5 of us easy we had a great time. Everything was beyond expectations for a winter trip in off season. "

"No onsite parking but shuttle was fast and the lot is safe and close. Hotel is attached to olg stage and has tons on dining options in and around. Great stay."

"The road closure made things a bit difficult and the restaurant was okay, but the staff was incredible! The were able to give me late checkout until 2pm and the view from my room on the 46th floor was stunning! Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
