"This was a lovely property with many amenities such as the spa, fitness center, shuttle, restaurant within walking distance to the galleries, shops and restaurants however some of the rooms felt old and dark. The staff was very accommodating when my first room had an old carpet odor. Our second room was much better. My friend also had to change her first location. Fortunately the staff was so helpful and understanding. "

"We stayed four nights in the Hacienda side of the hotel, and found the Fireplace Suite a great room at a good price. The bed was very comfortable, and having a full living room that could be closed off from the bedroom made the stay very enjoyable. The daily housekeeping service was attentive, the breakfast buffet included with our room price was more than we expected, and all the employees were pleasant, accommodating, friendly, and helpful. This was a gift for my wife on her birthday, the stay and a visit to the spa for some pampering. She was thoroughly impressed and loved everything about it. You are only a walk away from the plaza and we even walked from there to Michael’s Kitchen for an amazing lunch. Great escape for anyone. "
