"The room reserved was very nice and everything seemed tidy and clean. The only negative comment on this stay would be for the maintenance on snow removal. The did a horrible job plowing everywhere you go you had to step into high snow and being I didn't have boots on that wasn't pleasant and made it extremely difficult to unload my vehicle and reload at check out. Not any fault of the regular staff but frustrating."

"We had one of the cottages for our stay. It was super cozy despite the frigid temps (February). The parking was well maintained despite the large amounts of snow and they still worked to clean up even more. Parking was no problem. Plenty of breakfast seating. The pool area and hot tub looked great even though we didn’t use it. There was also a game room for kids. Probably a bit pricy (as game rooms are) but provided a short distraction for the kiddo. This is a random like, but whatever kind of pillows they had on the beds were amazingly comfortable. I wish I knew what they were! Great stay overall. Will definitely stay there again."

"Pros: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the king suite was much larger than expected. It was a great location, right in the heart of the outlet shopping and great restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice but could have used a better cleaning. Cons: It was outdated, one tv was not working properly, the tub (jacuzzi) was very hard to get in and out of and the water was just warm on the hottest setting, and the free breakfast was not good at all; eggs tasted like they were made from something powdered, sausage was dried out, and coffee tasted burnt. "
