"I mostly love this hotel. It's always clean and quiet. My only complaint is that every time I stay here, which is quite often, I travel to Billings for work frequently. My room keys are never programmed correctly for my length of stay. I always have to go back down to the desk because my keys won't work and I cannot get into my room. "

"Rally great experience! Awesome service and great ambiance. Only a few items didnt love: The phone was broken in our room and the batteries in the remote were dead. Then, just know there are a lot of kids, lots of yelling children running up and down the halls at all hours (of course not the hotel's fault but FYI for others staying there.) Overall really liked and would stay again!"
