"The location of this hotel is awesome. The beach and pool was right near our room. We was within walking distance to almost everything. The place was clean and had a lot of fun activities were planned. The only negatives we had was being woke up every morning between 4-5am by roosters nesting on the bushes right outside our door and the light/ceiling fan would randomly turn on and off. "The property is lovely. The center courtyard with 24/7 pool and hot was nice. That opens up to a beach with a dock that goes out over the water. It is a nice property. The room was very elegant with comfortable king bed, walk in shower, and Jacuzzi style tub, with a full kitchen and large dinning table. There is a shuttle that runs every hour to Duvall Street. "This was my 1st time at this property and I can’t say enough good things. Our room had a balcony facing the port so we got to see the cruise ships coming and going. We also were able to see every sunset without leaving our room. The property is very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent breakfast at the Hot Tin Roof restaurant overlooking the pool, ocean and Sun Set Key. We will definitely be back. "
